Adam Ekbom
Adam focuses his practice on representing debtors in commercial bankruptcy reorganizations as well as bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Adam represents debtors and creditors in out-of-court contract settlement negations and litigation.
Adam represents business in Chapter 11 cases and small business subchapter V reorganizations. In addition, Adam represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Jones & Walden, Adam clerked for the Honorable Austin E. Carter of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Adam received his J.D. with Honors from Emory University Scholl of Law in 2019. While attending Emory Law, Adam served as Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal (Vol. 35). Prior to law school, Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Whittier College and had a career in corporate operations management with a Fortune 500 company.
