Nathan T. Juster
Nate Juster represents individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy cases under chapters 7, 11, and 13 and in all stages of civil litigation.

Before joining Jones & Walden, Nate clerked for the Honorable Amy Totenberg, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable Mary Grace Diehl, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Between his clerkships, he was a senior attorney at a non-profit legal services firm, where he represented debtors and domestic support creditors in state court and bankruptcy litigation.

Nate was the 2019 recipient of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA)'s K. Colleen Nunnelly Award and the 2017 recipient of NACBA's Henry J. Sommer Legal Aid Scholarship. He has published articles in the ABI Journal and Pratt's Journal of Bankruptcy Law. He also is an editor ffor the National Consumer Law Center's Bankruptcy Basics book and the Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide. While attending Emory Law School, he was an editor on the Emory Law Journal and the Director of the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy Program.
