Mandy Milner

Mandy’s practice area focuses on representing small businesses and individuals in their Chapter 11 and Subchapter V reorganizations as well as individual debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Mandy represents both plaintiffs and defendants outside of bankruptcy in various civil litigation matters. 

Prior to joining Jones & Walden, Mandy attended the University of Georgia School of Law where she gained experience through a Graduate Research Assistant position as well as various externships and clinic opportunities, including the University of Georgia Athletic Compliance Office, University of Georgia Innovation Gateway, and the Business Law Clinic.

Mandy graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2023. Prior to attending law school, Mandy attended Auburn University where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Mandy lives in Midtown and spends her free time cooking, reading, or traveling to visit family in Alabama.
