Monica L. Vining graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 2000. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Monica served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and authored "Copyrights From a Child's Perspective" 95 Intell. Prop. L. 387 (2002).
Since graduation from University of Georgia School of Law, Monica has been employed as an associate at Jones & Walden, LLC.
