Charity B. Neukomm | Jones & Walden
Charity graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2001. She graduated from the Georgia State University School of Law in May 2005. While in law school, Charity received honors designations for litigation and the C.A.L.I. awards for litigation and sports law. Also during law school, Charity clerked with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia in the white collar crime division practicing under the Third Year Practice Act.
Prior to joining Jones & Walden, LLC, Charity was an associate with a boutique bankruptcy firm in Atlanta primarily representing Chapter 7 Trustees and litigating in the bankruptcy courts. Charity also enjoys spending time doing pro bono work with the Truancy Intervention Project in Atlanta. When not working, Charity stays active by running, swimming, and hiking with her husband, Anthony, and their two girls, Audrey and Juliana. Charity focuses her practice on bankruptcy and litigation.
