Alex Merritt | Jones & Walden
Alex Merritt graduated from The University of Alabama in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He graduated from The University of Arkansas School of Law in May of 2008. During law school, Alex served as a the Federal Clinic student coordinator for The University of Arkansas School of Law Legal Clinic, a non-profit legal organization dedicated to providing legal assistance to indigent clients. Additionally, Alex was a quarterfinalist in the University of Arkansas School of Law Moot Court competition, and was an active member of the Media, Entertainment, & Sports Law Association.
Alex joined Jones & Walden, LLC, as an associate in June of 2009, and focuses his practice on Bankruptcy. Alex is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Alex is a member of the Bankruptcy Law and the Entertainment and Sports Law sections of the State Bar of Georgia.
